Connections

There is a show out there called Connections. This show is grate. The premise of the show is to show the connections between inventions. Take the following...

Long ago the world started to get warmer
Because the word was warmer some areas turned into deserts
Because some land that was once green is now brown living off the land was no longer possible
Because of this food shortage people had to move somewhere where they could grow food
Because the only place to grow food was a river valley (in this region) they moved there
Because more people had to eat off of less land the people tried to plant grain by hand
Because this failed someone invented the plow
Because of the plow, a few farmers (a new concept) could now feed a lot and some people now had free time (also a new concept)
Because someone had to settle disputes between farmers regarding there land ownership government was invented
Because the people in government were more important then the farmers they needed to have a nice place to die
Because your farmers know a little engineering and brick work you tell them they need to build the place for you to die
The end result of all this is a nice little place like this.
