The Facts of Your Sounding
The other day I was leaving work and realized that I had a lot of homework that needed to be done, combined with the realization that I had class about an hour after I get off work I deiced to head straight to school and do some homework while I was waiting for class to start. This turned out to be not the best idea; or rather it would have been a good idea in a different place.
You see the problem here is that I go to school in Boulder, and on the off chance that someone out side of Colorado is reading this. Boulder is a collage town that has many young people with funny ideas, including the idea that pot is legal, it’s not. Anyway I was sitting in the computer commons room trying to get some math homework done, when inevitably, some of the previously mentioned funny kids with the funny ideas came in and sat down, and proceeded to talk about there funny ideas. It was at this point when I started to get upset, thinking “kids, can’t you see I’m working, this is a quit room, go talk someone that is not here”. However in this instance I was wrong. I looked at the situation and realized that I was the one in Boulder, in a collage, in a common room. It hit me that they belong here; that I’m the one that’s out of place.
So yesterday was a little lesion, that if you go walking in a swamp you can’t complain that you’re getting your feet soiled, which was about the same thing that happed to my brain while I was sitting in that room. Man I hate boulder, it would be fine without all the kids.
